These dogs were created as a solution to a D&AD branding brief for the French Connection sub-brand, FCUK. Dogs are considered by certain celebrities as being the ultimate fashion accessory, just look at Paris Hilton and her Chihuahua, so why can’t dogs communicate fashion themselves? The younger FCUK dogs communicate the essence and style of the FCUK brand, whilst the older French Connection dogs demonstrate how the FCUK sub-brand relates to the main French Connection brand. The brand campaign would have longevity as a near infinite combination of dog and accessory could be created.
